How I work:

I draw from a blend of EMDR, CBT, REBT, approaches, always tailored to the individual. Sessions are paced gently and grounded in safety, reflection, and therapeutic trust.

 

Parental Support 

Parenting through grief, mental health  challenges, or family transitions can feel overwhelming.

I offer dedicated sessions for parents and caregivers to explore their own emotional journeys and gain insight into their child's needs. Together, we focus on building confidence, connection, and emotional attunement.

Parents and caregivers navigating emotional stress or parenting a grieving or anxious child.

What we focus on:
